Feed Them Ops

Built by franchisees · run live in our own restaurants

The standard is clear. The execution on the floor is invisible.

Feed Them Ops makes daily execution visible — huddle boards, task check-off, and accountability that lives on a screen the whole shift can see, not on paper that disappears at close.

The difference

You know this whiteboard. Your managers rewrite it every single shift.

Every restaurant runs the same ritual: a manager with a dry-erase marker, copying names, breaks, and positions off the schedule — twice a day, every day, then wiping it clean and starting over. Here's what changes when the board fills itself.

The dry-erase way

Today's Challenge
Team Recognition

Rewritten by hand before every shift. Erased every night.

  • Copied from the schedule by hand, shift after shift — 10–15 minutes of marker time, twice a day, every day
  • 14 lines per shift and two little "Side Duty" boxes per person — but your store runs on hundreds of daily tasks. They don't fit, so they live in someone's head
  • No overnight section at all — the baking shift runs on memory
  • No time estimates, no fair split — duties land on whoever the marker reaches
  • The scorecards and challenge boxes? Erased every night. No record of who did what, no way to know it was done right
  • Miss a morning, and the whole board starts from blank

The Feed Them Ops way

  • Paste your schedule once — AM, PM and overnight boards fill themselves in seconds
  • Your complete task catalog — hundreds of tasks — assigned automatically: load-balanced by time, matched to the right role, rotated fairly so cross-training happens on its own
  • Every task carries a name, a time estimate, and a check-off — not a scribble in a two-inch box
  • Done vs. not-done is visible in real time, from anywhere — office, home, your phone
  • Nothing gets erased: yesterday's boards, who completed what, who's falling behind — it's all on record, forever
  • Today's Challenge, Team Recognition, Hospitality Legend — the same cards your team already knows, just never wiped away
Retire the marker
15+ hrs
of manager time back every month, per store — marker time replaced by one paste
100s
of daily tasks tracked and assigned — not two "Side Duty" boxes per person
100%
of tasks carry a name, a shift, and a done-or-not-done record

That's the difference between hoping the shift ran right — and knowing it did.

Why we built it

We're operators, not a tech vendor.

We own and run three Tim Hortons restaurants in Manitoba. Between the brand standard and the shift, daily execution used to live on whiteboards, paper checklists, and manager memory. So we built the missing layer — and put our own stores on it, every shift, every day.

The platform

One portal, three layers of the operation.

01

Daily execution

What the shift does, on a screen everyone can see.

  • • Huddle board & shift communication
  • • Schedule paste → the board fills itself
  • • Task check-off for the whole team
  • • Kiosk mode for a wall monitor (add-on)
02

Store oversight

Is it actually happening — across every store, right now?

  • • Live shift progress, all stores
  • • Adoption, completion & recognition insights
  • • Memos with per-manager acknowledgment
  • • Speaks GPS & GSAT natively
03

Financial control

Operator-grade money tools most stores never get.

  • • Tip pooling by hours worked
  • • Labour & SPLH what-if (add-on)
  • • Manager bonus scoring (add-on)

See it running

Not a mockup. This is the product.

The same boards our own managers run every shift — three shifts a day, tasks assigned and checked off, nothing left to memory.

Why it fits

Additive — not another system to rip out.

Feed Them Ops sits on top of the tools your stores already use. Paste a schedule and the huddle board fills itself. It complements your standards and sign-off systems and speaks the KPIs you're already measured on — because we're measured on them too.

Hands-off by design

  1. 1. Request access and tell us about your stores
  2. 2. We approve your account and you add your stores
  3. 3. Invite your managers, paste your first schedule
  4. 4. Run tomorrow's huddle on the board

Early access is open.
